Palo Alto, Calif. – September 11, 2026 -- Prezent Vivo, an AI-powered communication platform for the life sciences sector, has appointed Alice Choi as Chief Operating Officer, adding more than 30 years of medical communications experience to its leadership team.
Choi brings three decades of biopharma communications leadership to the role
Choi built her career at organizations including McCann Health and the Omnicom network, holding roles across client services, operations and commercial leadership. She began in academia, earning a master's degree and PhD before moving into medical communications, and has led teams delivering programs for biopharma clients throughout her career.
New COO to strengthen delivery across Prezent Vivo's Neo Agency model
Prezent Vivo said Choi will help drive operational strategy as the company expands its Neo Agency offering, which combines AI, scientific expertise and human talent to produce medical communications. Rajat Mishra, Co-Founder and CEO of Prezent Vivo, said Choi's industry knowledge will help the company identify where AI can create value across medical communications, citing her combination of medical communications connectivity and operating experience.
