AMF routine review triggers formatting and disclosure corrections
The Autorité des marchés financiers, acting under its continuous disclosure review program, identified issues requiring clarification in the original October 2025 technical report. PMET addressed qualified persons' certificates content, map scaling errors, disclosure on reasonable prospects for economic extraction of caesium, tantalum and gallium, and the cut-off grade methodology for caesium oxide. The company filed the corrected version on SEDAR+ with an unchanged effective date of October 20, 2025, an issue date of November 14, 2025, and an amended date of October 2, 2026.
