The site sits along FirstLight's established western Pennsylvania corridor, part of a statewide footprint exceeding 3,200 route miles. Because the backbone was already in place, the project required only a targeted 31-mile extension rather than a long-haul fiber build, a factor that directly shortens the path to operational readiness for prospective hyperscale tenants.
