The Tres Locos kiosk at MSP, which serves the Delta Air Lines concourse, offers Bacon Breakfast, Chicken Fajita, Picadillo Beef and Pork Carnitas burritos alongside street-style tacos, giving travelers hot food access outside standard concession hours.
