Manchester – September 07, 2026 -- RealityMine has appointed Soumya Bijjal as its first Chief Product Officer following a year in which the behavioral-data company posted 75% year-over-year revenue growth.
RealityMine scales product leadership as demand for behavioral data accelerates
The newly created CPO role will see Bijjal lead RealityMine's product strategy, tasked with evolving the company's portfolio into scalable offerings that give clients faster access to behavioral data across AI, commerce, and advertising markets. Bijjal brings more than 20 years of technical and product experience, having built platforms at Nokia, Nordea, and SSH Communications Security.
Bijjal joins from Aiven, where she scaled product from £12 million to over £100 million ARR
She most recently served as SVP of Product at multi-cloud data platform Aiven, sitting on the executive leadership team and overseeing a globally distributed product, engineering, and design organization of more than 150 people. During her tenure, she led product management as the company grew from £12 million to over £100 million in annual recurring revenue.
Chris Shaw, RealityMine's Chief Operating Officer, said the company needs to scale not just its technology but the way it builds products, calling Bijjal's appointment "an important investment in the next phase of our journey."
RealityMine expands headcount 50% since January amid platform client growth
RealityMine has increased its staff by 50% since the start of the year, adding dozens of engineering, data, analytics, and AI specialists to support new and expanding engagements with major digital platforms. To manage this expansion, the company also named Paula Iddon as its first Chief People Officer, tasked with talent development and preserving the company's culture through the growth phase.
Bijjal said RealityMine's value lies in measuring what people actually do rather than what they report doing, positioning the signal as increasingly valuable as consumer behavior shifts into AI-driven interfaces.
