Chicago – September 22, 2026 -- Republic Business Credit has provided a $750,000 factoring facility to a temporary staffing firm based in the Southeast United States, marking the first funding deal to originate from its newly announced partnership with Meritus Capital.

The staffing company, which uses technology-driven recruitment strategies, will use the funding to take on larger clients, add recruiters, expand into new markets and manage payroll obligations without cash flow constraints tied to the cyclical nature of the staffing sector.

The transaction represents the inaugural deal under the Republic-Meritus partnership, with both firms citing it as the start of a long-term collaboration targeting growing staffing businesses. Paul DeLuca, CEO of Meritus Capital, said Republic's team worked to streamline the underwriting process for a seamless partnership launch.

Robert Meyers, CEO of Republic Business Credit, said the firm aims to support temporary staffing companies because the sector is widely viewed as a leading indicator of macroeconomic health.
