Users can query Reveel IQ in natural language rather than building reports, and the tool returns ranked, dollar-quantified recommendations traceable to package-level data. Reveel's Govern pillar validates every invoice against contracted terms within the same billing cycle through its Parcel Audit & Recovery solution, extending audit-grade precision across all transportation modes via Freight Audit & Payment. The system re-rates shipments against surcharge interactions and DIM thresholds that Reveel says most platforms fail to model.
Reveel CEO and co-founder Josh Dunham said carrier strategy once followed three-year agreement cycles with one or two annual price increases, but that model is gone as major carriers now resist taking on a brand's full shipping volume. He said ODI is designed to let shippers plan and manage costs at the package level across every carrier before charges hit an invoice.
Company claims 20%-plus average annual savings from the platform
Reveel says ODI users achieve more than 20% average annual savings on shipping spend, attributing results to improved information rather than negotiation leverage. The company also introduced a Model Context Protocol (MCP) Connector, allowing AI agents to invoke Reveel services under the same governed, permissioned access framework, aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
