Boas gains oversight of HR as Chief People Officer Dave Medrano now reports to her
Under the restructuring, Dave Medrano, Sabre's Chief People Officer, will report directly to Boas, consolidating the travel technology company's legal and human resources functions under a single executive.
Boas joined Sabre in 2024 as Chief Legal Officer and sits on the executive leadership team
Boas has served as Sabre's Executive Vice President – Chief Legal Officer since 2024 and will continue to lead the Legal organization alongside her new administrative responsibilities.
CEO Kurt Ekert frames the merger as a move toward faster organizational alignment
Kurt Ekert, president and CEO of Sabre, said combining the Legal and People functions under Boas's leadership would strengthen alignment across the organization and help the company move with greater speed and focus.
