London – October 21, 2026 -- Seekr has opened its first European office in Mayfair, London, to serve UK and European demand for AI that customers can govern, audit and run under their own laws. The office builds on the company's existing UK customer base and a growing pipeline across UK defence, FTSE-listed companies and regulated industries.
Seekr hires Palantir's Naief Al-Shibli to lead UK sales
Al-Shibli joins from Palantir as VP and UK General Manager. He will lead sales and grow the UK business. David Church becomes Managing Director of UK operations. Church has more than 40 years in European investment banking and has advised on data centre transactions across Europe.
Forward-deployed engineers will work inside customers' secure environments
The London team includes forward-deployed engineers who operate inside customers' regulated, secure and sovereign environments. Partners across Europe back them.
Seekr's platform can run in UK cloud regions, on-premises, at the edge or fully air-gapped. It traces each output back through its data, content, model and agent behaviour. Operators can use that record to verify outputs, oversee agent actions and assess performance against business goals.
Sovereignty and agent control now shape AI buying decisions
Seekr says organisations across the UK and Europe want data kept under their own jurisdiction's laws and AI that can show how it reached each answer. As agentic AI moves from pilots into daily operations, it adds that enterprises and governments are also demanding measurable business value, evidence to trust outputs and control over agent actions.
"The UK is a critical AI market, and demand there for governable, sovereign AI shows no sign of slowing down," said Rob Clark, President of Seekr.
Al-Shibli said the challenge for UK organisations is converting AI ambition into measurable results while keeping trust in outputs and control over data and agent actions. He said local leadership and engineers can help customers deploy in their own environment from day one and validate performance.
