SenesTech Posts Record $1.1M Q3 Revenue, Up 55% Year on Year

Surprise, Arizona – October 15, 2026 -- SenesTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNES) reported preliminary third-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $1.1 million, the highest quarterly figure in the company's history and its first quarter at or above $1 million.

The result is about 40% higher than second-quarter 2026 revenue and about 55% above the third quarter of 2025. It is the company's second consecutive quarterly revenue record, according to CEO Michael Edell.

SenesTech expects e-commerce and subscriptions to drive recurring revenue

The rodent birth control specialist expects its definitive results to reflect continued momentum in e-commerce, including higher subscription revenue. The company says subscriptions are expanding the recurring share of its revenue base. It also expects increasing traction in its B2B business.

Edell described e-commerce as a controllable, data-driven acquisition engine. He said the vertical-focused B2B organization is gaining traction and that higher subscription revenue is improving the quality and visibility of revenue.

Management says earlier-year investment and transition costs are fading

Edell said many of the investments and transition costs incurred earlier in 2026 are increasingly behind the company. Combined with strong revenue growth and improved unit economics, he said, management expects continued improvement in its metrics. He added that the company still has work to do.

The company said it aims to expand e-commerce and B2B significantly in a cost-effective manner, laying the foundation for a much larger company in the future.

Figures remain unaudited ahead of the week of November 9

The preliminary revenue figure is unaudited and subject to adjustment. It also remains subject to completion of quarter-end closing procedures. SenesTech plans to release definitive third-quarter financial results the week of November 9, 2026.

In its forward-looking statements, the company flagged several risks. These include the possibility that it may not realize the expected benefits of its e-commerce, B2B and subscription strategies, and the challenge of building and scaling a professional B2B sales organization with a vertical-market strategy. It also cited the risks of establishing an entirely new product category and of funding operations, along with regulatory approval and regulation of its products.
