Sierra Space Names Ex-Amazon, Nielsen CFO Warren Jenson to Board

Louisville, Colo. – September 23, 2026 -- Sierra Space has appointed Warren Jenson to its board of directors, naming him chair of the audit committee as the defense-tech space company tightens financial governance ahead of what executives describe as a pivotal growth stage.

Jenson brings three decades of CFO experience across Amazon, Delta and NBC

Jenson has held senior financial leadership roles at Amazon, Electronic Arts, Delta Air Lines and NBC. He most recently served as president and CFO of Nielsen and previously held the same titles, plus executive managing director of international, at LiveRamp. He is currently chief financial officer of Polymarket.

New director already chairs audit committees at DigitalOcean and Dropbox

Jenson sits on the boards of DigitalOcean, Ripple and Dropbox, where he chairs the audit committees at DigitalOcean and Dropbox. That governance track record adds public-company financial oversight to Sierra Space's board as the company scales operations.

Sierra Space founder cites Jenson's cross-industry capital markets experience

"Warren's experience spans technology, media, aviation and entertainment, giving him a rare, cross-industry view of how businesses navigate complex private and public capital markets," said Fatih Ozmen, founder and chair of the board of Sierra Space.

CEO Dan Jablonsky said Jenson's operating and board background will support the company's efforts to expand capabilities and deliver on increasingly complex missions for national security, civil and commercial customers. Sierra Space operates two business segments, Satellites & Spacecraft Missions and Space Subsystems, and has supported more than 500 missions over three decades of spaceflight heritage.
