Toronto – September 28, 2026 -- Sixty Degree Capital (SDC) saw five portfolio companies complete initial public offerings in 2026, including the largest IPO in history and the largest biotech IPO on record. SpaceX, Parabilis Medicines, Cerebras, HawkEye 360 and Lime each began trading on U.S. exchanges between May and July, while GrubMarket has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

SpaceX's public listing totaled roughly US$75 billion, according to the Toronto-based venture capital firm, marking the largest IPO in history. The offering anchors a wave of 2026 public-market exits across SDC's technology and healthcare portfolio.

Parabilis Medicines' US$770 million raise sets a new biotech IPO record

Parabilis Medicines completed a US$770 million offering, the largest biotech IPO on record. Dr. Mathai Mammen, the company's Chief Executive Officer, discussed the path from scientific discovery to commercialization at SDC's annual celebration.

Firm marks milestones at Toronto event with executives from HawkEye 360, Cerebras

SDC convened founders, investors, scientists and clinicians on August 11 at the Donalda Club in Toronto. John Serafini, Chief Executive Officer of HawkEye 360, addressed the growth of space-based intelligence, while Nish Sinnadurai, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Canada Country Manager at Cerebras, spoke on compute infrastructure underpinning next-generation artificial intelligence.

Longevity panel features Northwestern Medicine and CABHI Ventures leadership

A closing panel on longevity and healthspan, moderated by SDC Principal Dr. Kenneth Grisé, included Dr. Douglas Vaughan, Founding Director of the Potocsnak Longevity Institute and Chief Academic Officer of Northwestern Medicine, alongside Dr. Hubert Walinski, Chief Scientific Officer for Life Sciences at Portland Holdings, and James Mayer, Chief Operating Officer of CABHI and Partner at CABHI Ventures.
