A county sheriff's office in Illinois will deploy SuperCom's PureOne GPS technology to monitor participants in a newly established work-release program while they are outside county jail. Training and deployment are scheduled to begin in October 2026, with PureOne serving as the program's electronic monitoring platform from launch. The contract follows standard field tests and operates under a recurring revenue model.

Since mid-2024, SuperCom has secured more than 45 new electronic monitoring contracts in the U.S., entering new states, deepening positions in existing markets, and displacing incumbent systems. The company has also recorded more than 20 national project wins across Europe over the same period.
Electronic monitoring revenue grew at a 30% compound annual rate through 2025
SuperCom's electronic monitoring business expanded at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 30% over the four-year period ending in 2025, while EBITDA rose at a compound annual rate of approximately 47% over the same span. In the second quarter of 2026, EBITDA grew approximately 58% year-over-year.
PureOne is designed as an all-in-one GPS tracking bracelet for continuous indoor and outdoor location monitoring, incorporating tamper detection and dynamic geo-fence alerts, and is compatible with other devices in SuperCom's PureSecurity suite.
