SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- August 28, 2026 -- SuperX AI Technology Limited (NASDAQ: SUPX) said its subsidiary SuperX Microinference Pte Ltd signed a long-term equipment and services supply agreement with Australian compute provider Ezisight Australia Pty Ltd., trading as Ultimate AI Datacentre, and received an initial purchase order for 128 units of B300 AI server clusters. The Singapore-based company will deliver the servers in the fourth quarter of 2026 for deployment in Ezisight's Australian data centers. The order marks SuperX's first commercial entry into the Australian market.
Ezisight Deploys Servers For Local AI Training And Inference
Ezisight will install the 128 B300 units to expand its domestic GPU compute pool, supporting local large-model training and inference workloads. SuperX Microinference will handle supply chain coordination and delivery under the agreement.
SuperX did not disclose the order's dollar value.
SuperX Expands From Hardware Into Full-Stack Data Center Delivery
SuperX has moved beyond standalone server hardware into liquid-cooling and power-supply solutions, alongside end-to-end data center delivery, the company said. The Ezisight agreement marks its first commercial deployment of that broader stack in Australia. SuperX's product lineup also includes 800-volt direct current systems and AI cloud and AI agent tools. The company said it will continue tracking next-generation GPU technology to iterate its offerings.
Australia's GPU Compute Gap Widens As AI Adoption Accelerates
Australian enterprises and research institutions face a growing shortfall in high-performance GPU capacity, the companies said, as generative AI adoption drives demand for high-density, high-reliability servers. SuperX called Asia-Pacific a high-growth hub for AI infrastructure spending. The Ezisight deal gives SuperX a foothold to pursue further capacity-expansion orders across Australia and neighboring markets.
Ezisight Runs On Behind-The-Meter Renewable Power
Ezisight builds modular edge supercomputing facilities powered by behind-the-meter renewable energy and water-positive cooling technology, with a business footprint spanning Asia-Pacific and Africa. Australian regulators have pushed data center operators toward greener operations, a trend SuperX cited as shaping local demand for its liquid-cooling and power-supply products.
Both Companies Eye Future Capacity-Expansion Orders
Both companies plan to jointly evaluate future capacity-expansion orders and localized technical collaboration. No additional purchase commitments have been finalized beyond the initial 128-unit order. Delivery of the B300 clusters is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
