Houston – October 06, 2026 -- symplr has secured commitment letters for a refinancing package that delivers approximately $280 million in new capital and pushes out key debt maturities, with the transaction expected to close by the end of October.
Refinancing pushes first-lien debt maturity to December 2030
The deal extends the maturity of symplr's first-lien term loan and revolving credit facility to December 2030, while its second-lien term loans will now mature in June 2031. The enterprise healthcare operations software provider said the extended timeline reduces near-term cash interest requirements and strengthens liquidity.

The approximately $280 million in new capital includes a substantial additional investment from symplr's existing sponsors, Clearlake Capital Group and Charlesbank Capital Partners. The transaction carries the full backing of both sponsors as well as symplr's broader lender groups.
