Austin, Texas – September 24, 2026 -- T3 Sixty and Real Estate News have named nine finalists for the 2026 Edge Pitch Battle, a live proptech competition set for Oct. 28-29 in Dallas as part of Edge: The Tech and Data Forum.
Nine early- to growth-stage firms will compete across the full real estate transaction lifecycle
The finalists include 10xSearch, Agent Buddi, FIJIapp, homhub, Open Houses Direct, Pairgap, Purlin, RealAnalytica and VIZO. Collectively, the companies address discovery, client matching, deal closing and business operations for agents, brokerages, teams, MLSs and associations. Purlin was cited as the most scaled competitor in this year's field, offering an end-to-end platform spanning search to close.
Judges will score entrants on product quality, business impact and market opportunity
Finalists face a live, multi-round format judged on product differentiation, commercial traction, market opportunity and pitch execution. A winner and a separate crowd-favorite award will be announced during the closing session.
T3 Sixty executive says selection prioritized proven customer value over hype
"The Edge Pitch Battle was created to identify real products solving real problems, not theory," said Bryson Creighton, senior vice president of technology consulting at T3 Sixty. He noted that every finalist is already delivering measurable value to customers, spanning the entire arc of a real estate transaction.
Product mix reflects fragmentation across search, safety, valuation and analytics tools
Agent Buddi has added background-check and distress-detection features to its agent safety tools. FIJIapp targets brokerage valuation and confidential buyer matching for owners considering a merger or sale. Pairgap focuses on co-buying and affordability tools to widen homeownership access, while homhub proposes a peer-to-peer listing and operating system as an alternative to the traditional MLS model.
