Philadelphia – September 11, 2026 -- Durable Surfaces has appointed Matt Joyner as Chief Executive Officer to steer the national industrial concrete repair and restoration firm through its next growth phase.

Joyner brings two decades of scaling experience from robotics and defense sectors

Joyner most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Ghost Robotics, where he supported the company's rapid growth and international market expansion. He has more than 20 years of executive leadership across technology, robotics, and aerospace and defense industries, and previously sat on the Board of Directors of the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International, also serving as Vice Chair of its Defense Advocacy Committee.
