Enigmata Raises $6.5M to Run AI on Encrypted Data

Nashville, Tenn. – September 16, 2026 -- Enigmata, Inc. emerged from stealth with $6.5 million in seed funding led by Blockchange Ventures to commercialize a cryptographic technology that lets artificial intelligence train and analyze data while it remains encrypted.

Enigmata Cipher lets AI train directly on encrypted records without decryption

The patent-pending technology, called Enigmata Cipher, transforms records, documents, and datasets into an encrypted form usable by AI, analytics, and search tools on existing enterprise hardware. It targets workflows where sensitive data would otherwise be exposed, including model training on proprietary datasets, enterprise use of third-party AI systems, and agentic applications.

New York – September 15, 2026 -- Aqua has raised $18.8 million in total funding and launched what it calls the industry's first turnkey alternative investments platform (TAIP), targeting wealth managers, RIAs, banks, trust companies and fund sponsors.

Aqua secures $3.8 million seed round backed by Google's AI Fund and Y Combinator

The seed round preceded a $15 million Series A led by Arthur Ventures, with participation from Alumni Ventures. Aqua plans to direct the capital toward accelerating platform development, expanding engineering and partnership teams, and deepening integrations with custodians and fund sponsors.
