Stoughton, Mass. – September 30, 2026 -- TeamBonding has rolled out three new Q4 corporate team-building programs designed around specific workplace personality types, the company announced.
Reality TV format drives new trust-building exercise
"Friend or Foe," modeled on the show The Traitors, splits participants into teams to complete missions while hidden "Foes" work to sabotage progress from within. The live event concludes with a debrief linking in-game suspicion to real-world workplace communication and trust dynamics.
Virtual and in-person option targets social-media-driven teams
"Teams Gone Viral" pits groups against each other in viral-style challenges, AI-inspired missions, and synchronized performances, with highlights streamed to a private live feed and leaderboard. The program requires no social media expertise and is available both virtually and in person.
Charity competition converts corporate play into winter care kits
The "Alpine Charity Challenge" uses an après-ski theme in which teams complete physical, creative, and strategic tasks to earn items assembled into winter care kits for people experiencing homelessness.
"Every team has its own personality, whether you're managing social butterflies, chronic scrollers, or people who just want to play games for a good cause," said David Goldstein, founder of TeamBonding. He said the new lineup is meant to move employees "off Slack and into action."
TeamBonding now offers more than 200 customizable event formats for corporate clients.
