Beijing – September 23, 2026 -- Beijing Tegene Robots Co., Ltd. has introduced a four-model 3D Sorter portfolio for warehouse and parcel operations, with mechanical throughput reaching 40,000 parcels per hour on its highest-capacity unit.
Tegene splits its sorter line into four configurations for distinct operational needs
The portfolio includes the 3D Sorter for standard parcels and multi-destination sorting, rated at up to 24,500 pph and 1,000 chutes. The 3D Sorter M targets high-throughput, multi-layer operations at up to 40,000 pph. The 3D Sorter E handles non-conveyable items, flat parcels, envelopes and complex destination flows, with capacity up to 31,000 pph and 1,500 configurable chutes. The 3D Sorter X is built for modular chute expansion. Tegene notes actual output depends on parcel size, weight, packaging condition, destination count, site layout and induction method.
3D Sorter E is designed to work alongside existing cross-belt sorters, not replace them
In facilities where cross-belt sorters already process standard parcels, Tegene positions the 3D Sorter E as a complementary unit for complex items. Its multi-cart vertical structure and three-dimensional chute layout are intended to cut re-induction, manual transfers and intermediate buffering when integrated into a coordinated sorting system.
Tegene lists SHEIN, SF Express, Shopee and Temu among its customer base
The company has supplied sorting systems to cross-border e-commerce, parcel logistics, retail and third-party logistics operators including SHEIN, CIDER, SF Express, Watsons, Shopee and Temu. Tegene supports deployments in China, the United States, Europe and other Asian markets through regional teams and partners, backed by 24/7 remote diagnostics and original spare-parts support for overseas warehousing and cross-border fulfillment projects.
Founded in 2022, Tegene operates a manufacturing base exceeding 20,000 square meters and provides site assessment, equipment configuration, commissioning and after-sales service alongside the new sorter line.
