Roanoke, Va. – September 13, 2026 -- Optical Cable Corporation (Nasdaq GM: OCC) reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $24.3 million, up 22.0% from $19.9 million a year earlier, as demand accelerated across its enterprise, data center and specialty markets.
Gross profit climbs 43.9% on manufacturing leverage
Gross profit for the quarter ended July 31, 2026 rose to $9.1 million from $6.3 million, lifting gross margin to 37.4% from 31.7% in the prior-year period. The company attributed the gain to higher sales volumes and improved manufacturing operating leverage.
