Tiger Group to Auction Full Vinyl Window Plant Near Houston

Missouri City, Texas – September 11, 2026 -- Tiger Group will open online bidding Sept. 10 on a complete vinyl window, patio door and insulating-glass manufacturing operation from Showcase Window and Door Company, offering buyers an intact, production-ready plant rather than piecemeal equipment.

Bidding runs one week on a 180,000-square-foot Houston-area facility

The timed auction opens Thursday, Sept. 10, at 10 a.m. CT and closes Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. CT via SoldTiger.com. Assets sit inside a more than 180,000-square-foot manufacturing and inventory facility in Missouri City, Texas, in the Greater Houston market.

Sale bundles multiple full production lines from North American and European makers

Equipment on offer spans machinery from Greller, Stürtz, GED, Hegla, Yilmaz, Joseph Machine, Pro-Line, Bilco and Haeco. Listed lines include a 183 Window Production Line built around a 2017 Greller G400SE-330 four-point vinyl window/door frame welder, a 262 Window Production Line with Pro-Line frame and sash welders, a 262 Casement Production Line, and a complete Patio Door Production Line featuring Stürtz horizontal four-point welders and CNC corner-cleaning equipment.

Glass processing assets include a 2024 Hegla cutting table and full GED insulating-glass line

The offering includes a 2024 Hegla Ecolam 33 Plus laminated-glass cutting table with air tables and controls, plus a complete GED insulating-glass cutting and processing line with tempering oven, extruder, conveyors and an argon-filling station. Simulated Divided Lite equipment, including end mills, a saw station and worktables, is also included.

Inventory, rolling stock and plant infrastructure round out the lot

Bidders can access significant quantities of finished and work-in-process windows, patio doors, extruded aluminum, vinyl casings and hardware. The sale further includes machine shop, maintenance and material-handling equipment, forklifts, pallet racking, glass racks and office furnishings, along with Great Dane dry van trailers and Chevrolet Silverado, Jeep Cherokee and Dodge Ram pickups.

Chad Farrell, senior managing director of Tiger Commercial & Industrial, called it one of the most comprehensive window-and-door asset offerings the division has handled in recent years, noting bidders can acquire complete, production-ready systems rather than individual machines.

Showcase Window and Door served a seven-state residential market since 1994

Founded in 1994, the Houston-based manufacturer produced custom vinyl windows and patio doors for new-construction and replacement markets across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri, specializing in energy-efficient and impact-resistant window products.

Inspections are scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT at the Missouri City site.
