Hellerup, Denmark – September 19, 2026 -- TORM plc has raised its share capital by 132,421 Class A shares following the exercise of Restricted Share Units under the tanker operator's employee incentive program, a nominal increase of USD 1,324.21.
TORM prices new shares across three tranches tied to historic RSU grants
Of the newly issued stock, 12,406 Class A shares were subscribed at DKK 111.60 per share, 12,405 shares at DKK 124.20, and the remaining 107,610 shares at DKK 179.80, reflecting the varying strike prices set when the underlying RSUs were originally granted. The capital increase carries no pre-emption rights for existing shareholders.
Total share capital climbs to USD 1,025,536.88 after the issuance
Following the transaction, TORM's share capital stands at USD 1,025,536.88, divided into 102,553,688 A-shares with a nominal value of USD 0.01 each. Each A-share carries one vote, and the new shares carry full dividend rights from the date of issuance.
