TXO Acquires Canadian Tier 1 Provider Wesbell Communications

Canada – October 02, 2026 -- TXO has acquired Wesbell Communications, a Canadian Tier 1 telecommunications solutions provider, expanding TXO's technology lifecycle services and processing capacity across North America.

TXO adds Wesbell's Tier 1 customer base and processing capacity to its global network

The deal combines Wesbell's established Tier 1 customer relationships and solutions capability with TXO's international reach. Wesbell brings network and engineering services, managed services and technical support, backed by a team with deep telecoms infrastructure expertise.

TXO CEO frames the deal as expanding end-to-end lifecycle offering, not just footprint

Oliver Lemanski, CEO of TXO, said the acquisition broadens the company's end-to-end technology lifecycle offering by adding expertise and capacity to existing customer solutions. He said TXO helps businesses modernize for AI, strengthen network and supply chain resilience, extend equipment life, recover value and use infrastructure more sustainably.

Wesbell CEO cites opportunity to scale expertise across TXO's global customer base

Dave Rose, CEO of Wesbell Communications, said joining TXO allows the company to invest further in its people and capabilities while extending Wesbell's expertise to customers across the TXO Group worldwide.

Transaction advisers include DLA Piper and Eight Advisory; deal led internally by Phil Miller

The transaction was led by Phil Miller, Chief Corporate Development Director at TXO, with DLA Piper acting as legal adviser and Eight Advisory as financial adviser. TXO also thanked majority investor TowerBrook Delta, which made a majority investment in TXO in 2023, for its continued support of the growth strategy.

Deal extends a run of acquisitions since TXO's 2005 founding

TXO, founded in 2005, has previously acquired MMX Communications Services in 2019 for repair and support expertise, Lynx UK in 2023 for network decommissioning, Germany-based TEQPORT in 2024 for European expansion, and US-based AirWay Group in 2025 for North American operations. The Wesbell acquisition continues this pattern of combining organic growth with technology-led acquisitions.
