London – September 17, 2026 -- Undiluted, a new specialist media and intelligence platform, has launched to track the global venture debt and growth credit market, aiming to bring transparency to a sector its founder describes as fragmented and inconsistently labelled.
Platform targets a debt market growing faster than the data covering it
Undiluted covers debt financing for technology and growth companies worldwide, spanning venture debt, growth credit and other structured lending formats. The London-headquartered platform has launched with global news and deal coverage, alongside resources for founders and finance leaders navigating lender selection.
Founder cites first-hand exposure to debt-financed dealmaking
Undiluted was founded by Alex Price, who previously built and sold digital agency 93digital to a debt-financed group. That transaction gave Price direct exposure to how credit structures and lenders operate within growth-stage dealmaking, prompting the new venture.
"The innovation economy has spent decades building better data, media and infrastructure around equity. Debt, particularly venture and growth debt, remains comparatively underserved despite becoming an increasingly important source of capital for ambitious companies," Price said.
Hundreds of lenders operate with inconsistent terms, founder says
Price noted that hundreds of lenders are active across the market with differing structures, terms and risk appetites, leaving founders struggling to compare options. Deals are frequently labelled inconsistently across the industry, complicating benchmarking for borrowers and investors alike.
Roadmap includes structured deal data, benchmarking and events
Beyond news coverage, Undiluted plans to build out structured deal data, proprietary research, a podcast and industry events. The platform intends to expand into deeper benchmarking and market intelligence covering lender activity, pricing and deal volume over time.
Coverage model reflects debt deals outside traditional venture categories
Price said the platform is designed to capture a growing segment of companies raising substantial debt facilities without recent venture capital rounds. "We want Undiluted to reflect how the market actually operates rather than forcing every transaction into traditional asset class categories," he added.
