UpperEdge Names First Advisory Board With Ex-Accenture, EY Leaders

Boston – September 30, 2026 -- UpperEdge, an independent IT sourcing and vendor negotiation advisory firm, has formed its first-ever Advisory Board, bringing together five executives with decades of combined experience in technology, finance, operations and large-scale transformation.

Five executives join as enterprises reshape cloud and AI contracts

The board includes a former biopharma CIO, two former senior leaders from Accenture and EY, a former consumer products President and CFO, and a procurement and supply chain executive. Their appointment comes as large enterprises confront major platform transformations and shifting pricing and contracting models for enterprise software, cloud and AI services.

Former Horizon Therapeutics CIO scaled IT for 13x revenue growth

Todd Smith, who served as CIO of Horizon Therapeutics, built a cloud-first IT organization that supported the company's growth from $300 million to nearly $4 billion in revenue. He previously led Takeda Pharmaceuticals' global SAP Center of Excellence and began his career at Accenture.

Former EY partner grew SAP practice to $2 billion in revenue

Michael Yadgar, a former partner at both Accenture and EY, built and led global SAP and technology businesses, including scaling EY's SAP practice to $2 billion in revenue. David Davidson, a former Senior Managing Director at Accenture, sat on the firm's North America Leadership Team and led its CFO & Enterprise Value Strategy & Consulting practice before retiring in 2022.

Consumer products veteran restored growth at McCain Foods division

Vince Ambrosino held operational and financial leadership roles at McCain Foods, Suntory and PepsiCo, including serving as President of McCain's North America Potato Division and CFO for the North America Region, where he helped restore growth and profitability. Lori Foster, a supply chain executive with more than 30 years of experience, led complex global SAP implementations at multinational organizations before becoming an entrepreneur.

UpperEdge CEO says board will sharpen growth strategy
