UrVenue Opens Las Vegas HQ to Showcase Non-Gaming Revenue Tech

Las Vegas – September 18, 2026 -- UrVenue will open its new Las Vegas Strip headquarters on Sept. 30 to demonstrate technology aimed at driving non-gaming revenue for resort and casino operators, coinciding with an industry event expected to draw 25,000 gaming and hospitality executives to the city.

UrVenue hosts an Open House at its new Grand Canal Shoppes office from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event takes place at The Venetian Resort's Palazzo side, Level 2M, above the Waterfall Atrium. Attendees can book personally guided, 30-minute sessions in advance, with additional visits available outside Open House hours by contacting UrVenue directly.

Four interactive stations trace the connected guest journey from booking to arrival.

Station One shows tools for selling and monetizing pools, nightlife, daylife, lounges, sportsbook hospitality and special events, including dayparting, dynamic pricing and 3D Booking Maps. Station Two demonstrates real-time itinerary building through Personalized Guest Portals and centralized activity management for guests and staff. Station Three covers UrVenue's website design and development services for gaming resorts and hospitality brands, including player portal integrations. Station Four features OpenTable representatives showcasing the dining integration with UrVenue's platform.

Non-gaming revenue becomes a growing priority for resort and casino operators.

Tracee Nalewak, Chief Growth Officer of UrVenue, said the showcase targets operations, food and beverage, digital marketing and guest experience leaders across resorts, hotels and casinos. "Some of the most exciting work happening in hospitality is being built, tested, and deployed right here in Las Vegas," Nalewak said.

The OpenTable partnership extends UrVenue's booking infrastructure into dining, creating cross-sell opportunities across a property's broader guest journey. UrVenue frames the connected stack — spanning experience inventory, itinerary management, web platforms and dining — as a response to operators seeking to diversify revenue beyond gaming floors.
