USDT0 Launches on Stellar, Linking $100B Liquidity Network

Road Town, British Virgin Islands – September 07, 2026 -- USDT0, the cross-chain infrastructure for Tether's stablecoin, has gone live on Stellar, giving the payments-focused blockchain direct access to a unified dollar liquidity layer that has already moved over $100 billion in total value since its January 2025 launch across 29 blockchain ecosystems.

USDT0 anchors natively on Stellar without bridges or wrapped tokens

Built on LayerZero's OFT Standard, the deployment integrates USDT0 directly into Stellar's native asset model rather than introducing another wrapped or bridged version of USDT. This allows stablecoin balances to move into and out of Stellar without relying on custodial bridges or isolated liquidity pools, connecting the network to the same liquidity framework used across other major chains supported by USDT0.

Ten integration partners activate USDT0 access on day one

USDT0 on Stellar is immediately available through BiLira Kripto, Bitget Wallet, Fireblocks, Freighter, Kraken, Kredete, Lobstr, Meru, Ramp Network, and SushiSwap, with Exodus expected to add support shortly. The integration targets payment firms, fintechs, and treasury teams seeking to serve global markets without rebuilding dollar liquidity on a network-by-network basis.

Stellar has processed over $40 billion in transaction volume in 2026

Stellar has operated as cross-border payments infrastructure for more than a decade, built for predictable settlement, low fees, and issued-asset support. The network has processed more than $40 billion in volume so far in 2026, according to the companies, with billions of operations and millions of accounts logged since launch.
