RADIN will deploy its radiology platform within a secure government-cloud environment built to meet federal healthcare security and operational requirements. The platform integrates enterprise imaging, PACS, RIS, intelligent worklists, diagnostic reporting, clinical communications, workflow automation, analytics and AI-assisted tools in a single system.
Total Medical Imaging brings 16 years of teleradiology experience to the federal contract
TMI, which has operated as a nationwide teleradiology practice for more than 16 years, will serve as one of the participating professional radiology providers reading cases distributed through the RADIN platform. TMI's network spans multiple states, facilities and imaging modalities, supported by centralized credentialing, quality control and scheduling operations.
VALOR CEO says the deal scales enterprise diagnostics for military and veteran healthcare

Platform architecture allows credential-based case routing across multiple provider groups
Beyond TMI, other qualified radiology providers, groups and health systems will be able to join the platform, creating a model for distributing examinations based on clinical priority, physician credentials, subspecialty expertise, licensing, availability and service requirements. RADIN Health and TMI operate under the same CEO, Dr. Alejandro Bugnone, who said the deployment applies RADIN's workflow technology and TMI's teleradiology expertise to some of the nation's most important healthcare programs.
