Charleston, S.C. – October 03, 2026 -- Vatrer Power showcased a new lineup of LiFePO4 lithium battery conversion kits for golf carts at the 2026 Golf Carting Expo & Dealer Summit, held October 1-3 at the North Charleston Convention Center. The company occupied Booth #406 at the event, which drew more than 80 exhibitors and sponsors as the golf cart industry's only dedicated annual trade show in its second year.
Conversion kits target direct replacement of lead-acid batteries
Vatrer's product range spans 36V, 48V, and 72V configurations compatible with Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, and ICON golf carts. The flagship 48V 105Ah Lithium Golf Cart Battery delivers 5.37 kWh of energy, a 200A BMS, and up to 10.24 kW of power output, and is designed to meet UL 2271 requirements with cETLus Listing by Intertek.
UTV variant adds higher continuous power output
A UTV-specific version of the 48V 105Ah battery features a 300A Smart BMS capable of up to 15.36 kW of continuous output, aimed at higher-power vehicle applications. A Mini version of the same battery retains the 5.37 kWh capacity in a smaller form factor for carts with limited battery-compartment space.
CEO cites direct dealer engagement as expo priority
Henry Ma, CEO of Vatrer Power, said the expo provided direct access to dealers, installers, and golf cart owners driving the shift from lead-acid to lithium battery systems. He added that the company aims to simplify that transition by offering lithium options across varying cart platforms and power requirements.
