Vicenza – September 08, 2026 -- Vicenzaoro opens its doors on September 4 with roughly 1,300 exhibitors from 38 countries and buyers from more than 130 nations, marking a structural shift for Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) and the global jewellery trade. The five-day show, running through September 8, debuts new exhibition infrastructure and deeper technology integration within its "Jewellery Boutique Show" format.
IEG opens new 23,000-square-meter Hall 2 as part of €60 million investment
The centerpiece of the transformation is the inauguration of Hall 2, a two-level, 23,000-square-meter building designed by GMP architects. The structure forms part of a €60 million investment by IEG at the Vicenza exhibition center, expanding capacity and connectivity at the venue.
T.Gold manufacturing-tech show merges into Vicenzaoro's exhibition district
Starting with this edition, T.Gold -- a showcase for jewellery manufacturing technologies -- will run twice yearly, in January and September, housed in Hall 4. The show will feature additive manufacturing, automation, sustainable solutions and precious-materials recovery technologies aimed at brands and manufacturers across the supply chain.
Matteo Farsura, Global Director of Jewellery and Fashion Fairs at IEG, said the move strengthens Vicenzaoro's position as a global platform connecting innovation, manufacturing, product development and international markets, calling the integration a strategic step reflecting where the sector is heading.
CIBJO centenary congress brings 400 industry leaders to Vicenza
Vicenzaoro September will also host the centenary congress of CIBJO, the World Jewellery Confederation, drawing 400 leading figures from around the world to Vicenza. The gathering reinforces the city's role within the international jewellery and precious-metals community.
The Jewellery Boutique Show model unites specialized supply-chain communities -- spanning technology, manufacturing, finished jewellery, gemstones, components, watches and packaging -- within a single exhibition ecosystem.
