New York and London – September 28, 2026 -- The Visualize Group has completed its acquisition of eCOGRA, combining the gaming compliance provider with BMM Testlabs to create a testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) platform holding licenses or accreditations in more than 800 jurisdictions worldwide.
The deal, first announced June 30, 2026, closed after receiving customary regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Combined platform covers nearly every regulated gaming jurisdiction globally
The merger positions the combined entity to support gaming suppliers entering newly regulated markets immediately, according to Visualize. eCOGRA joins BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier in 2026, as the private investment firm builds out its regulated-gaming services portfolio.
Executives make first joint appearance at industry conferences this week
BMM and eCOGRA leadership are meeting customers, suppliers, and regulators at G2E in Las Vegas (booths 1416 and 3830) and at the SBC Summit in Lisbon (stands B243 and B608), marking their first joint public appearance since the deal closed.
Leaders cite scale and technology investment as rationale for combination
Martin Storm, CEO of BMM Testlabs, said the combination allows the companies to invest more in technology and capacity while adopting shared best practices to navigate regulatory complexity. Will Shuckburgh, CEO of eCOGRA, said the deal gives his company, which has operated in gaming compliance for more than two decades, the scale to expand technology and staffing while maintaining accreditation standards.
C. C. Melvin Ike, Founder and Managing Partner of Visualize, said the transaction marks a step toward building a TICC platform spanning both digital and land-based gaming markets.
