Vero Beach, Fla. – October 02, 2026 -- Watercrest Senior Living Group has appointed Wildi Fervil-Brown as Executive Director of Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sebastian, Fla., a 63-unit assisted living and 26-unit memory care community.
Fervil-Brown brings cross-functional operational experience to the leadership post
Fervil-Brown entered the senior living industry in logistics, later moving into a Business Office Manager role overseeing financial operations, human resources and regulatory compliance. She holds master's degrees in health services administration and public health.
She advanced to Assistant Executive Director before serving as Executive Director of another senior living community, a trajectory that now places her at the helm of Pelican Landing's operations.

The community has been named a "Best Senior Living Community" by U.S. News & World Report for four straight years and received the 800 Award from reputation management firm Reputation in both 2025 and 2026.
Fervil-Brown said she intends to continue the community's performance record. "I'm thrilled to lead our Pelican Landing team in continuing this tradition of excellence," she said.
