Webull Completes $100M Pi Securities Buyout, Targets THB 200bn AUM

Bangkok – September 12, 2026 -- Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has completed its acquisition of approximately 99.36% of Pi Securities Public Company Limited for an aggregate consideration of roughly $100 million, following regulatory approval from Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission on August 31, 2026.

Webull structures the deal through two separate share purchases

Webull Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., together with parent Webull Corporation (NASDAQ: BULL), acquired approximately 90.98% of Pi Securities from Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited, the broker's controlling shareholder, for roughly $90 million. A separate agreement with another shareholder added approximately 8.38% for $10 million, bringing Webull's total stake to 99.36%.

Combined entity sets THB 200 billion AUM target

Webull aims for a combined Assets Under Management target of THB 200 billion across Webull Thailand and Pi Securities, reflecting the scale of ambition following the transaction. Chonladet Khemarattana, CEO of Webull Thailand, said the acquisition's strongest synergy lies in integrating research, technology and AI, combining Pi Securities' local research expertise with Webull's data and AI capabilities to make investment insights more timely, scalable and accessible while preserving local investment judgment.

Webull expands wealth ecosystem through bank and retail partnerships

The company plans to extend its Webull Prime program, launched in 2025, and its partnership with Gaysorn Village to serve high-net-worth clients. For the mass-affluent segment, Webull will partner with a bank in Thailand to expand access to global investment opportunities through a banking ecosystem. An upcoming TrueMoney Mini App is intended to demonstrate the scalability of Webull's technology to a broader retail audience.

Webull Thailand and Pi Securities to operate under separate brands initially

In the initial phase following completion, Webull Thailand and Pi Securities will continue operating independently under their respective brands to ensure uninterrupted service for existing customers of both companies, while integration of technology, product development and specialist teams proceeds in parallel.
