Utilities lose time reconciling data scattered across field teams and spreadsheets
Critical infrastructure information at utilities is often fragmented across field teams, contractors, spreadsheets, emails and disconnected enterprise systems, forcing staff to spend significant time manually collecting and reporting data rather than acting on it. Sitenna's unified platform centralizes project and asset information into a governed system of record, giving utilities visibility into milestones, progress and bottlenecks. West Monroe will handle implementation, integrating the platform with existing GIS, work management and enterprise systems, and layering on security, data and program expertise.
Existing commercial agreement removes separate procurement step for utility clients
An existing commercial agreement between West Monroe and Sitenna allows the technology to be folded into West Monroe engagements without utilities needing to establish a separate contractual relationship with Sitenna. This bypasses the lengthy procurement, technology, security and data reviews utilities typically face when onboarding new vendors, shortening the path from identifying a need to deployment.
Collaboration targets grid security, DERs, private LTE and fiber buildouts
The two companies will support utility programs spanning grid security and resilience, distributed energy resources, private LTE and fiber buildouts. Sitenna platform spans site acquisition through asset commercialization
Sitenna's platform covers site acquisition, project delivery, asset management and commercialization, and is designed to connect with GIS, work management, finance and other enterprise systems rather than replace them.
