Greenwich – October 14, 2026 -- WIN, a fertility and family support benefit company, has appointed three senior leaders to newly created roles as its supported population grows from more than 500,000 to nearly one million families over two years.

Claudio Stefan joins as Chief Growth Officer, Stacey Zeltner as Chief People Officer, and Dr. Michael Meighu as Vice President of Artificial Intelligence. The company says the hires will help it scale employer and health plan partnerships, build the organization to support that growth, and apply emerging technology to benefits delivery.

WIN reports 900 employer clients covering 9.5 million lives

The employer base has grown 20% in two years. WIN also expanded from 55 to 124 countries, a 125% increase.

Its provider network consists of double-board certified reproductive endocrinologists. WIN says the network gives 90% of the U.S. population access to a fertility subspecialist within 30 minutes of home. It says every provider is vetted and credentialed against clinical and quality standards.

Stefan brings health plan and M&A experience to the growth role

Stefan will lead growth across health plans, strategic partnerships and other distribution channels. He previously led growth at SonderMind, a mental healthcare company, where he developed partnerships with health plans, health systems, government agencies and strategic partners. He also spent more than a decade at investment banks in New York advising on M&A transactions.

Zeltner takes the first dedicated people chief role at WIN

Zeltner will lead people strategy. She was previously the first Chief People Officer at Spire Orthopedic Partners and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sabra Dipping Company, where she built the HR and internal communications capabilities. Her background spans healthcare, consumer products, higher education and financial services.

Meighu to oversee AI strategy, governance and adoption

Meighu has more than 20 years of digital transformation experience, including a decade of hands-on AI leadership. He was previously an AI leader at CGI, specializing in generative AI, natural language processing, knowledge management systems and enterprise AI implementation.

Founder and CEO Dr. Roger Shedlin said the company will invest in technology without losing the clinical expertise and human guidance central to its care model.
