Certificates of Destruction Give Firms Audit Proof of Shredding

Dayton – October 14, 2026 -- Organizations that shred confidential records without a certificate of destruction may be unable to prove compliance during audits or investigations, according to Dayton, Ohio, document shredding expert Rhet Crowe in a HelloNation feature.

Certificates give auditors documented proof that shredding met professional standards

Crowe says shredding alone is not enough. The certificate is formal evidence that confidential documents were securely destroyed, which matters most for financial reports, medical files and legal paperwork. Without it, businesses may struggle to meet documentation requirements or defend their practices under scrutiny.

CFi Solutions Launches gridl to Replace Ag Retail Spreadsheets

Denver – October 14, 2026 -- CFi Solutions has launched gridl by CFi, a single system that gives ag retailers, grain elevators and manufacturers one platform for managing customers and daily operations, and it comes at no extra charge for dealers who finance with CFi.

gridl links customer records to quotes, orders, inventory, invoicing and grain storage

The platform connects customer and farm records to the quotes, orders, inventory, invoicing and grain storage behind each sale. CFi financing is integrated into the same system, so dealers can offer financing as part of every sale.

CFi describes the product as a replacement for fragmented setups. Many ag businesses currently run separate systems for customers, inventory, orders and financing, and fill the gaps with spreadsheets.
