Hansen brings two decades of tech and consumer finance leadership to Aptive
Hansen will oversee Aptive's finance, technology and data functions. He most recently served as CFO and Executive Vice President at Transformco, where he managed financial and operational strategy across five business units. He previously held senior finance and strategy roles at Planful, Vivint Smart Home and Symantec.
Adkins arrives from Bagel Brands after six years as Chief People Officer
Adkins will lead Aptive's people and talent strategy. She joins after six years as Chief People Officer at Bagel Brands and has also held the same title at International Car Wash Group, along with other senior HR roles across consumer and technology companies.
Harrington is promoted after six years with Aptive's legal team
Harrington moves into the Deputy General Counsel, Compliance role after more than six years at Aptive, most recently as Vice President, Corporate and Compliance Counsel. Before joining Aptive, she held legal and compliance positions at Sunnova Energy and Vivint Smart Home.

Jon Chiazzese, Chief Executive Officer of Aptive Environmental, said the appointments reflect deliberate investment in people, technology and infrastructure to build a stronger business, adding that the new leaders will help the company operate more effectively and strengthen risk management.
