Aptive Environmental Names New CFO, Chief People Officer, Deputy GC

Provo, Utah – September 11, 2026 -- Aptive Environmental, the fifth-largest pest control company in the United States, has appointed Shane Hansen as Chief Financial Officer, Ivona Adkins as Chief People Officer and Viviana Harrington as Deputy General Counsel, Compliance, strengthening its finance, people and legal functions.
Hansen brings two decades of tech and consumer finance leadership to Aptive
Hansen will oversee Aptive's finance, technology and data functions. He most recently served as CFO and Executive Vice President at Transformco, where he managed financial and operational strategy across five business units. He previously held senior finance and strategy roles at Planful, Vivint Smart Home and Symantec.
