Aragon Research: 14 Vendors Rated as SRM Shifts to Autonomous AI Agents

Palo Alto – September 22, 2026 -- Aragon Research has published its second annual Globe report for Strategic Response Management (SRM), evaluating 14 technology providers as the market moves from reactive AI assistants to fully autonomous agentic systems.

Market expands beyond RFP automation to cover security questionnaires and complex sales bids

The 2026 Aragon Research Globe for SRM assesses vendors managing not just requests for proposals but also RFIs and security questionnaires, reflecting a broader shift in enterprise response management. Aragon Research CEO and Lead Analyst Jim Lundy stated that the industry is entering the age of the "AI coworker," where autonomous agents handle multi-step tasks without constant human oversight.

14 providers ranked across Leaders, Contenders, Innovators and Specialists categories

Aragon Research evaluated AutoRFP, Conveyor, DeepStream, Docubee, Fairmarkit, Keelvar, Loopio, PandaDoc, Proposify, QorusDocs, Responsive, RocketDocs, Tribble, and Upland. The report positions each vendor according to their capabilities in autonomous workflow management.

Autonomous agents now coordinate cross-departmental data gathering from intake to submission

According to the report, 2026-generation SRM platforms feature AI agents capable of coordinating across departments, pulling siloed data, and managing entire response workflows autonomously. This represents a departure from earlier tools that required manual data entry and human-driven content assembly at each stage.

Static content libraries give way to real-time, self-updating knowledge sources

Leading platforms are replacing traditional static content libraries with automated single sources of truth that update dynamically from completed, successful response data. Aragon Research found that while drafting speed was previously the primary value proposition of SRM tools, organizations are now prioritizing bid accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic win rates as core performance metrics.

Lundy said organizations failing to adopt agentic workflows will struggle to match the volume and speed demanded by modern bid and compliance processes.
