New York – October 14, 2026 -- Blackbird.AI has launched RAV3N Radar, an agent-driven service that delivers continuous narrative-threat alerts directly into Slack, as Gartner forecasts that enterprise spending on fighting misinformation and disinformation will surpass $30 billion by 2028.
RAV3N Radar provides 24/7 monitoring of the digital landscape. It covers landscape insights, threat actors, velocity signals, topics and escalation detection. The service runs on RAV3N Agent, Blackbird.AI's context-aware narrative intelligence agent, and delivers briefs to Slack or email.
Each alert documents six data points on a narrative
Every brief or real-time alert records:
- the narrative, including what is claimed and how it is framed;
- network spread, meaning the platforms involved and the speed of movement;
- the actors and communities spreading it and the audiences reached;
- evidence of coordinated or artificial amplification, where the data supports it;
- what changed, meaning which narratives are new, growing or fading since the last brief;
- links to source posts, with direct quotes.
Customers set monitoring scope, recipients and timing
Organizations choose what to monitor, who receives alerts, when they are sent and where they are delivered. Blackbird.AI says onboarding requires no new platform and that intelligence flows immediately afterward.
Quick Actions inside Slack channels trigger deep dives, disinformation contextual checks, or a request to the RAV3N Watch Intelligence team for a full analyst report. Users can query RAV3N Agent in natural language to explore alerts and receive recommended next steps. Cases that need more depth can be escalated to the Constellation Narrative Intelligence Platform. Blackbird.AI's MCP protocol lets the tool operate alongside other agents a team already uses.
CEO and co-founder Wasim Khaled said the company chose Slack first because of its Agentforce ecosystem, with more integrations and "actioning capabilities" to follow.
Vantor uses the tool to link narrative data with cyber threat intelligence
Norm Laudermilch, Chief Information Security Officer at Vantor, said RAV3N Radar brings media activity, sentiment and emerging narrative threats into the company's daily situational awareness. He said its concise summaries help connect narrative intelligence with traditional cyber threat intelligence and look for earlier warning of cyber attacks.
CTO and co-founder Naushad UzZaman said the World Economic Forum has named narrative attacks a top global threat and that they now move at machine speed. Blackbird.AI cites a recent team report on hostile foreign state-aligned networks amplifying the U.S. data center backlash as an example of such targeting.
Gartner forecasts $30 billion in spending and places Blackbird.AI among startup leaders
Gartner predicts the $30 billion spending level will be reached by 2028 and will take 10% of marketing and cybersecurity budgets.
In Gartner's "Emerging Market Quadrant for Narrative Intelligence – Startup Vendors as of June 2026," Blackbird.AI is listed as a Market Shaper. It placed highest for Potential to Execute and furthest to the right for Potential for Market Disruption. A separate Gartner report dated 8 December 2025 called the company the frontrunner in the disinformation narrative intelligence AI race. Gartner states that it does not endorse vendors and that its publications are opinion, not statements of fact.
