BlueVoyant Names John Hultman Chief Revenue Officer to Scale AI Security Sales

New York – October 07, 2026 -- BlueVoyant has appointed John Hultman as Chief Revenue Officer, tasking the 30-year sales veteran with leading global revenue operations as the cybersecurity company scales its AI-driven product portfolio.

Hultman brings three decades of enterprise technology sales experience to BlueVoyant's go-to-market strategy

Hultman most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at data security company Druva, where he led global go-to-market strategy. He previously headed Americas Sales at Cohesity and spent nearly 20 years in sales leadership roles across the Americas and APJC at Dell EMC.

CEO John Hernandez says the hire aligns with customer demand for integrated security execution

"We've built a strong foundation, and his experience and perspective will be valuable as we continue to scale the business and deepen our customer relationships," said Hernandez. The company frames the appointment as critical to strengthening sales and revenue operations during a period of portfolio expansion.

BlueVoyant positions its AI and human-expertise model against fragmented enterprise security tooling

Hultman said enterprises face growing complexity and fragmented tools, requiring security approaches that move beyond threat detection to action across supply chains and digital footprints. He cited BlueVoyant AI's combination of automation and frontline human expertise as the differentiator that drew him to the role.

The appointment follows a third-quarter product push tied to Microsoft's new security operations center

BlueVoyant recently launched one of the first deployment solutions for Microsoft's newly announced Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC) within Microsoft Defender, extending its long-standing Microsoft partnership. The company is also expanding BlueVoyant AI with tools designed to help organizations govern AI agents deployed across their environments. BlueVoyant currently supports more than 2,500 customer deployments in Microsoft-native environments worldwide.
