Brightstar targets lottery growth with AI-powered planning and reporting tools
The company will demonstrate its Agentic Reporting Assistant, built to streamline interaction with lottery data, alongside Game Planner, an AI-assisted tool designed to simplify instant-game planning and forecasting. Additional showcased capabilities span player marketing, game recommendations, bonus optimization, and player segmentation, part of a broader push to help lottery operators uncover performance insights and improve operational efficiency.
New retail hardware includes Retailer Lens scanner and expanded vending capacity

The GameFlex 48 vending machine now offers access to 48 instant and draw games in retail environments, while GameTouch Draw S2 brings eInstant games to physical retail locations. LotteryLink, a compact solution enabling instant ticket and draw-game sales through a retailer's existing point-of-sale system, is already active in the market.
Licensed brand portfolio and infinity ticket technology anchor content strategy
The booth will feature omnichannel game offerings tied to licensed brands including Wheel of Fortune, Ghostbusters and Rubik's, plus a partnership with iHeartRadio aimed at expanding lottery media reach. Brightstar will also present Infinity Instants Frame, a platform using infinity technology to generate varied ticket designs, and its patented draw game WinMode.

Marco Tasso, Brightstar's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Lottery, will join the Premiere Member Panel on Sept. 24 to discuss industry transformation trends. Other Brightstar representatives -- Nathanael Worley, Michelle Carney and Jesse Saccoccio -- will speak on product development, player engagement and the convergence of self-checkout with digital lottery play.
