Boston – September 13, 2026 -- Clearway Health has appointed Rishi Seth as chief operating officer, adding a 20-year healthcare operations veteran to its executive leadership team as the specialty pharmacy sector undergoes rapid change.
Seth brings two decades of healthcare integration experience to Clearway Health
Seth most recently served as senior vice president of integration at Millennium Physician Group, one of the largest independent physician groups in the United States, where he led integration of new provider groups and strategic partnerships. He previously held senior leadership positions at Optum Health and Privia Health, focusing on multidisciplinary scalability across clinical operations, finance, technology, human resources and revenue cycle functions.

Seth's mandate centers on building scalable operations that help hospitals and health systems expand access to specialty medications while improving patient experiences and outcomes. Clearway Health partners with hospitals and health systems to plan, build and operate specialty pharmacy programs.
