Munich – September 07, 2026 -- AdEx Partners has completed the legal merger of BMC Strategy Consultants GmbH into AdEx Beratungs GmbH, effective August 25, 2026, relaunching the strategy unit under the new brand AdEx Strategy.
Merger creates single advisory platform spanning strategy, transformation and AI
The combined entity integrates strategic management consulting, transformation execution and applied AI into one continuous service line. AdEx Partners says the model is designed to stress-test decisions for feasibility early, keep transformation programs aligned to strategic goals, and deploy AI only where it delivers measurable value.
