Bierer arrives from Carrier's Automated Logic division

Bierer most recently served as President of Automated Logic, a Carrier company specializing in building automation and control solutions. He previously held senior leadership roles at Carrier and Otis, where he led field organizations across North America and Europe and drove both organic and acquisition-based growth.
