Uniondale, N.Y. – – September 12, 2026 -- Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Jennifer Polovetsky as a shareholder in its New York City and Long Island offices, deepening the firm's real estate practice with more than two decades of eminent domain and complex transactional experience.
Polovetsky joins from Duane Morris with a track record in high-value New York property deals
She represented the seller in New York City's approximately $122 million acquisition of 14 Bronx properties designated for conversion into permanent affordable and supportive housing. She also advised the seller on a roughly $74 million property sale to New York City for supportive housing purposes.
