Ericsson Buys Back 2.15 Million Shares for SEK 208 Million in Late August
STOCKHOLM -- September 01, 2026 -- Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson repurchased 2,150,000 Class B shares for SEK 208,051,855 during the week of August 24-28, 2026, according to a filing released August 31. Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE executed the trades on Nasdaq Stockholm on Ericsson's behalf. The purchases form part of a buyback program of up to SEK 15,000,000,000 that Ericsson launched on April 16, 2026, running through March 31, 2027.
