Middletown, Del. – September 7, 2026 -- JAMS Software has launched JAMS Incident Management, an on-call alerting and escalation platform priced at $6 per user monthly, with free access for teams of up to five users. The product reached general availability on September 1, 2026, following a customer early access period that began August 1.
Alerts escalate across six channels until a human responds
JAMS Incident Management ingests alerts from any system capable of sending an email, calling a webhook, or reaching an API. It delivers notifications over voice, SMS, push, email, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, escalating through an on-call rotation until someone acknowledges the incident and tracking it through to resolution.
