MIAX FCM Dorman Trading Joins OCC, Adds $40M in Capital

Miami – – September 24, 2026 -- Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIAX) announced that its futures commission merchant, Dorman Trading, has become a clearing member of The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization.
MIAX injects $40 million into its FCM, lifting adjusted net capital to $68 million
The capital increase, effective as of August 31, 2026, raises Dorman Trading's adjusted net capital to approximately $68 million. MIAX said the additional funding is intended to accelerate the FCM's growth strategy and expand its capacity to serve a broader client base.
